Optional Weekly Offering: Infirmary Support is your space to pause, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with yourself through guided journaling prompts and weekly reflection topics.
Take a moment to reflect honestly, organize your thoughts, and identify small steps toward positive change.
Infirmary Support is an educational and personal-reflection resource, not a substitute for professional mental health care.
8. 7 Day Challenge (7dc)
The Visibility Boost Challenge: help more people discover, understand, and connect with your business.
Complete one small task each day:
Day 1: Your Why. Write one sentence explaining why you started your business and who you want to help.
Day 2: Your Audience. Identify one specific problem your ideal customer wants to solve.
Day 3: Your Value. Share one way your product or service helps solve that problem.
Day 4: Your Story. Post a behind-the-scenes photo or share a short story about your business journey.
Day 5: Start a Conversation. Ask your audience a question related to their needs, interests, or challenges.
Day 6: Make the Invitation. Clearly explain how someone can purchase from you, book your service, or learn more.
Day 7: Reflect and Review. Look back at your efforts. What felt natural? What generated interest? What would you like to continue doing?
Your goal: Don't measure success only by likes or sales. Focus on showing up consistently, communicating your value, and making it easier for the right people to find you.
